Article 1- Scope of application
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website www.senteursdumonde.ch
The present general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time, provided that these modifications are posted on our website.

Article 2 - Prices
2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) 8.1% VAT included, excluding processing and shipping costs.
2.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability of the items concerned. Information on prices and availability of products may be subject to change and is given for information purposes only.

Article 3 - Orders
Orders must be placed through the website via the shopping cart system.
There is no minimum order amount on this site and no "processing fee" is added for very small orders, but it should be noted that a shipping charge of 7.90 CHF is always levied, even if the order is sent by priority mail.
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment in full, including postage.
Except in exceptional cases, we only ship goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Article 4 - Validation
By validating your order you declare that you accept without reservation the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 5 - Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible in order to offer you a replacement item or a refund.

Article 6 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The delivery time is generally 48 hours in economy mode. This is from the moment the package is deposited.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not usually ship on Wednesdays.

Article 8 - Accepted payments
Credit cards
Pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc. credit card via the secure SumUp platform.

Twint
Twint is the most popular, secure and easy way to pay online in Switzerland.
Bank or postal transfer
Pay by bank transfer to our Postfinance account, the details of which will be provided to you with your order confirmation.
Orders are processed as soon as we receive your payment.

 

Article 9 - Reservation of ownership
The products remain our property until the price has been paid in full, plus interest if applicable. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the customer of the risks of loss or deterioration from the moment the products leave our premises.

Article 10 - Return of goods and right of withdrawal
The articles supplied by us are new and guaranteed against any defect or counterfeit.
You have a right of withdrawal of 7 working days from the receipt of the ordered product to return it. If the product does not meet your expectations, you are responsible for the shipping and return costs.
If you receive a damaged product or a product other than the one you ordered, we will pay the shipping and return costs.
Returns of products must be made, after prior agreement, in their original packaging, to the following address:

Article 11 - Privacy policy and data protection
All personal information that you provide when placing an order on our site is confidential and treated by us as such. The sole purpose of this information is to ensure the proper processing and delivery of your order. Under no circumstances do we use this data for any other purpose and under no circumstances is it disclosed to third parties. You have the right to ask us, at any time and without providing any justification, to destroy all or part of your personal data.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property
All illustrations and images reproduced on the www.senteursdumonde.ch website are reserved under copyright law and intellectual property law for the whole world.
As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorised. Any other use, without our prior authorisation, constitutes an infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
