Pieces of Palo Santo
 
Palo Santo (sacred stick or sacred wood). This naturally scented wood comes from Peru where it is burned in homes to eliminate negativity as well as to scent.
Simply take a piece, light the end with a lighter, let it burn for a few moments and then blow out the flame so that the smoke begins to rise. Then move to the room to be purified.
 
In Peru, in order to preserve the resource, only dead or fallen Palo Santo wood can be harvested. It is theoretically forbidden to cut down a tree to sell its wood.
